We are looking for a driven Trade Marketing Manager - Pharma Chanel to join our team and develop growth strategies and strong conceptual selling for some of our iconic brands, with new insights that can connect business and customer objectives within our Brands.

Scope of responsibility:

  • Implementation of the strategy and action plan in accordance with global brand assumptions.

  • Developing and deploying category annual sales plan, including all sales fundamentals: distribution, visibility, detailing, pricing.

  • Preparing trade activities for pharmacies.

  • Creating locally relevant Category Conceptual Selling Materials.

  • Developing transparency plans and distributing POS materials.

  • Preparing e-commerce action plans for category.

  • Defining Key Business Drivers criteria, Trade Spending Efficiency.

  • Ongoing KPI’s monitoring.

  • Budget management.

  • Work with finance team to prepare the right investment plans, which are profitable.

  • Collaboration with a team of specialists and experts setting the direction of strategic cross-functional activities (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal).

Job Qualifications

Our Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: understanding pharma business and trends, creating winning strategies for categories and customers, thinking out of the box to find new opportunities.

  • Customer Mastery: knowledge of category growth model (including category landscape, products/technology, consumer/shopper and competition)

  • Passion and engagement to deliver outstanding execution in pharmacies.

  • Analytical proficiency of how to improve the return on investment for trade activities.

  • Experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales in pharma business - min 3 years

  • Experience in partnership with on-line pharmacies preferred.

  • Fluent Polish and English– both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Collaborative nature; able to work well with many different types of people.
