Are you a Data Architect/Modeler with a passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance)? If yes, we are looking for YOU to join the P&G ESG Team and contribute to building the Azure ESG ecosystem of data, system & analytics for Climate, Waste, Water and Nature pillars enabling P&G to further accelerate on the path of achieving NET ZERO goal by 2040.

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for defining how environmental data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities, IT systems and applications. You will help provide data architecture principles, standards and guidelines including enterprise-level data models, data flow diagrams, current/future state assessments, roadmaps and an inventory of data needed to implement the architecture vision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for data management

  • Define and verify data quality and data modeling standards as well as set up a foundation for best practices

  • Work with the business to collect and translate information requirements into data to develop data-centric solutions

  • Design and implement effective data models to store and retrieve data for numerous ESG use cases

  • Build and validate Logical Data Model meets business requirements and build a Physical Data Model from the Logical Data Model

  • Align Data Model naming conventions with Information Architecture Framework (IAF) and oversee that metadata is captured in the Data Catalog, MEGA and other documentation standards

  • Establish metadata framework allowing metadata-driven, market-configurable control of e2e data processing, including proactive monitoring of quality of data flows and operations

Job Qualifications

  • Passionate about data, analytics, and problem-solving attitude

  • Commercial experience as a Data Architect/Modeler/Analyst in the field of cloud data processing and visualization

  • Experience with developing data warehouse/data mart for use/consumption across various user segments

  • Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud computing following Data Lake/Data Lakehouse concepts

  • Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Google Dataflow, Azure Data Factory, Talend, etc.)

  • Strong familiarity with industry standards and best practices regarding data management, data lineage, data protection, data quality, data retention

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present vision to (non)technical stakeholders

  • IT foundational skills such as Project Management and Stewardship
