Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud solutions to meet the needs of Consumer Solutions organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of cloud-based systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, automation, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services
Develop automation scripts and templates for provisioning and managing cloud resources using tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, and Terraform
Implement and optimize Azure networking solutions, including virtual networks, VPNs, and ExpressRoute
Configure and manage Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Azure environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and security
Collaborate with development teams to streamline the deployment process and improve CI/CD pipelines
Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards within Azure environments
Stay current with emerging Azure technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Azure
Strong understanding of Azure services and architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings
Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform, and Ansible
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, or AZ-303/304 are a plus
