Job Description

The Procter & Gamble Puerto Rico Commercial Operations Manager is a key member of the organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the strategic direction and operational activities of our brands, ensuring the smooth execution of sales and brand processes, and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, to optimize operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role primarily supports the Grooming and Personal Care businesses but may also engage in work for other categories as needed.

Job Qualifications

Sales Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement category growth strategies and procedures to meet or exceed financial goals.

  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline operations, and enhance sales productivity.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.

  • Lead strategic direction, planning, and deployment of category initiatives.

Brand Building:

  • Define and execute local amplification of marketing plans.

  • Responsible for agency management (advertising, social media, influencer, promotions) and marketing budget.

  • Serve as liaison between US and PR brand teams.

Skills Required

Optional Skills

Data Automation: Ability to automate work processes in PowerBI or similar tool is a plus.

Location: The candidate will be based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Must be willing to relocate across the United States at some point in your career in Sales.
