Overview of the job

We are a team of IT professionals who develop and apply IT mastery to deliver exciting, technology-driven business models and capabilities. You will lead the transformation and upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA P&G's Global SAP systems. You will be responsible for solution architecture and technical solution to digitize, innovate and transform P&G through industry-standard methodology capabilities and work processes. Your team

This role reports to Director and is part of Global Financial & Purchasing Services and Solutions (FPSS) Organization which is a team with presence in Manila, Newcastle, Cincinnati, Toronto and San Jose.

How success looks like

  • Lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management for the applications in scope to meet business, user and stakeholder, and solution requirements.

  • Deliver projects and continuous improvements optimally.

  • Develop technical mastery and business process acumen.

  • Drive application management operational excellence and compliance

Responsibilities of the role

  • Lead and deliver critical IT transformation and integration projects.

  • Identify innovation opportunities, develop cases and drive proof of concepts to confirm viability.

  • Collaborate with business partners and strategic vendors across the globe to design, build and qualify new capabilities.

  • Ensure the functional solution requirements are accurately translated to technical requirements as part of the projects

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant fields

  • 5+ years’ experience on SAP, preferably FICO and AA module or ABAP development

  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

  • ITIL Certification is preferred

  • Understanding of SCRUM framework and DevOps methodology, Project Management

  • Willing to work on EMEA shift

  • Strong leadership, innovation and partnership skills

  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Strong self-motivation
