In the Digital Workplace and Facilities Services team, we own the sites and are the guardians of employee experience. This role is responsible for leading workplace and facilities management of P&G Sites in Singapore, working with a diverse team of internal and external partners to ensure a seamless, safe, and vibrant office experience. We deliver productivity and care to our colleagues through all our service touch points every single day. We help to accelerate business value creation for the company by driving site projects with agility, cost effectiveness, and quality. We strategize and lead a portfolio of projects and initiatives catered to delivering the best workplace experience.

Your Team

You will report to the Digital Workplace and Facilities – Regional Cluster Leader and will be working with multi-functional partners across Singapore Sites. You will also be accountable for a large team of P&G's external workplace vendors and suppliers.

What Success Looks Like

As a Workplace Services – Site Leader, you are expected to lead a team that will transform our workplace through innovation and ensure seamless employee experience through top-notch day-to-day operations. You and your team will be responsible to deliver workplace Facilities and IT Projects in a way that meets our evolving business needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for workplace business needs and will partner with regional and global service teams to drive strategy and execution.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders and partner with IT and HR to formulate a vision, strategize and execute action plans to improve the workplace.

  • Work with our diverse set of partners delivering facilities management (hard and soft services) and IT Operations services to our sites – ensuring service levels are met in a way that drives the overall site vision and strategy.

  • Create a better digital workplace via implementing digital strategies and solutions for areas like mobility, meeting services, productivity tools, etc.

  • Execute global and regional IT and facilities priority projects to meet the local workplace needs.

  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with partners within the organization (Site HR and General Management) and with the wider IT organization.

  • Drive where to play priorities, roadmaps, and KPI’s to track progress

  • Support HSE, Engineering, Physical Security, and Sustainability efforts at the site

  • Manage external vendors that provides workplace services and site operation specialists

Job Qualifications

  • BS/B.Tech./M.Tech in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 2-8 years of working experience

  • Strong project management skills with proven experience in leading projects from definition through execution

  • Strong sense of end-to-end ownership and accountability for user-facing services and employee engagement

  • Executional excellence and discipline

  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to engage internal clients and senior leaders

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to envision and drive initiatives

  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement of services

  • Experience managing medium to large teams with 3rd party vendors and suppliers

  • Facilities Management skills and experiences are an added advantage

  • Facilities Engineering skills and experiences are an added advantage
