Are you looking to become a part of a multi-functional team of commercial, technical, and regional partners? P&G is seeking a passionate creative Senior Designer to join our growing team of designers! You will need extensive expertise in the relevant design software to establish the design concepts and bring it to finished executions. This includes a clear understanding of the creative development and adaptation processes, print production with a focus on packaging design.

Your Team

You will be part of our global team in based in Singapore and report to the Design Director. You will work extensively with colleagues from Marketing, Communications, and other functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead major design projects, including creating design briefs, defining success criteria, establishing project timelines, managing budgets, collaborating with design agencies, and delivering project deliverables.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to envision and create business solutions, showcasing strategic thinking and hands-on concept and design development.

  • Express the brand identity through packaging initiatives that build brand equity.

  • Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to lead multi-functional project teams and effectively influence management.

  • Develop design strategy and creative solutions by staying informed about trends and consumer insights.

  • Lead work with speed and flexibility in uncertain circumstances.

  • Elevate the aesthetic standards of design across all touchpoints, ensuring excellence in execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Brand Identity and Package Design with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

  • Formal background (Design degree from an accredited college or university).

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating Design Mastery in package design and brand identity. Assessment criteria include creative excellence, design thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography, and technical mastery.

  • Superior project management skills with the ability to work independently, manage workloads, and provide accurate reporting.

  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office Suite.

  • Adaptability in an environment of frequent change.

  • Strong creativity and an eye for beauty.

  • Experience in relevant industries such as Beauty, Fashion, or luxury brands, or previous experience working in design agencies is preferred.

  • Mandatory fluency in English communication skills.
