Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Delivery Expert to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the collaboration on artwork development/adaptation with various teams, including Design, BVEs, PS artwork team, internal studios, and external agencies. You will play a crucial role in executing design intent and print quality across initiatives. Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Your Team

You will report to the Design Manager within one of our regional Business Units. You will work extensively with colleagues from other teams including Marketing, Communications, and other functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute design planning meetings, design execution and timing, print tests, and artwork matrix reviews.

  • Lead color development, print production proofing, print trials and technical feasibility assessment reviews and discussions with suppliers.

  • Enable Fit-For-Use design by identifying specifications/restrictions.

  • Coordinate Design CIC review and approval process.

  • Develop and manage design execution project timing integrated into Initiative CPS, collaborating with designers and project leaders, from Design Hand-Off to Execution Hand-Off to Artwork Planner.

  • Manage Webcenter and mock up sample production.

  • Develop the capability to work in/manipulate Via Shelf for reviews and leadership presentations

  • Collaborate with Artwork Planner, Brand Marketing Specialist, and Design to ensure accurate and current FMOT Artwork in Brand Store.

  • Participate in design brief kick-off, design reviews, and other packaging design-related multi-functional meetings as needed.

  • Execute Hard and Soft points to deliver design intent and protect Brand Identity on packaging.

  • Partner with Design, Program Manager, and Regional Initiative Leaders to manage the effective package execution of Initiatives.

  • Manage daily relationship with the BVE and collaborate with the Technical team, Global Design Delivery Specialist, etc to ensure Packaging AW is executed with Excellence.

  • Identify opportunities to improve packaging execution systems, print quality, and consistency, and streamline project management processes.

  • Stay updated on the latest packaging trends and materials.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from design concept through design production.

  • In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates/finishes.

  • Strong project and time management skills, with experience leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and provide accurate reporting.

  • Strong business communication planning and execution skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum over 4 years of experience in print, design related project management.

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's Design degree or Equivalent Packaging Work Experience will be advantageous.

  • Software fluency in MS Office Suite, Ideally, also Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).

  • Passion for creativity and a keen design eye.

  • Mandatory fluency in English communication skills. Additionally, Mandarin communication skill is a plus.
