Job Description

An Integrated Media Manager at P&G is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive media strategy for the company's brands. They conduct research, analyze data, and make recommendations on the best media outlets to reach the target audience for our brands (balancing reach, efficiency, and effectiveness).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in the in-house corporate media team, driving exceptional media plans, consumer engagement, and business results for iconic brands in collaboration with brand managers.

  • Lead the overall media strategy and planning for a portfolio of brands across various channels, including TV, digital, and e-commerce, ensuring the right media mix to effectively resonate with target audiences.

  • Translate brand briefs into strategic plans, leading holistic media planning across digital, TV, and e-commerce channels for a portfolio of brands.

  • Utilize syndicated media planning tools to generate reports, data, a consumer-centric approach to conduct scenario planning and audience analysis and insights aligned with brand marketing strategies and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Digital Experts to seamlessly execute digital campaigns from planning to execution.

  • Lead status updates, coordination, and communication with brand teams.

  • Present innovative campaign strategies to reach the target audience, driving business performance and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Lead media operations, including budget management, media buy stewardship, proof of performance, and budget actualization.

  • Collaborate with media agencies and brand teams to deliver annual media strategies, fostering media-led brand growth and driving innovation in the media space.

  • Lead Joint-Business-Planning with global and local media partners, such as YouTube, Naver, and Coupang, to establish competitive advantages and integrate media into customer joint-business plans with external sales teams.

  • Provide ongoing data-driven recommendations for media and digital campaign optimization.

  • Evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities and provide recommendations.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners, facilitating collaboration and ensuring timely asset delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy, specifically in integrated or digital/ecommerce media planning.

  • Deep understanding of Korean media landscape and trends.

  • Proficiency in various media channels, particularly digital/ecommerce and ideally TV.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale digital ecommerce/media campaigns.

  • Strong stewardship of brand media investments and ability to adapt to budget changes.

  • Fluency in English with strong internal and external influence.

  • Experience in CPG or ecommerce platforms, Familiarity with ecommerce advertising ecosystem is a plus.
