YOUR ROLE

You will be an integrative part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver outstanding media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.

  • Lead and manage our integrated media strategy and planning for a portfolio of brands across all media channels including TV, digital, print, OOH, etc. determining role of channels and media mix to best resonate with our audiences.

  • Drive insights and develop digital media strategies to effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media results.

  • Leverage media planning tools, data, market understanding and a consumer-centric approach to conduct scenario planning and audience analysis

  • Closely partner with Digital Planner to ensure digital campaigns are successfully translated from planning to execution.

  • Build and manage relationships with external media vendors and tech partners as well as P&G brand and insights team.

  • Present innovative ideas about campaigns’ strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and in touch with industry trends.

  • Act as steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.

Job Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

  • Must-Have: Experience with integrated media planning in an agency or brand setting.

  • Subject matter expertise in all media channels with a particular focus on TV and digital.

  • Experience using industry standard planning tools & data sets to create data-driven media plans.

  • Knowledge of Germany media landscape.

  • You have completed a university degree or apprenticeship with respective work experience in Media.

  • Experience managing and working with multiple partners and campaigns.

  • Attention to detail, entrepreneurial and growth mindset, analytical, innovative.

  • You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus.

  • Preferable: Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies is highly appreciated.

Software, equipment and tools

  • Must-Have: Microsoft Office Package (in particular, excellent Excel skills).

  • Experience with Programmatic Buying Platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.

  • Preferable: Experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Responsibilities as of Day 1 – You will have total ownership of your projects from the beginning; you will build consumer-centric, data-driven strategies, identify new and innovative media opportunities, and manage outcomes that directly impact brand growth.

  • Head Office Location: This role is based in our Germany Head Office in Schwalbach, which is an easy 15min commute from Frankfurt city center by car or 30min with a regular train connection and free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on-site parking, on-site discounted Coffee bars and a restaurant as well as employee gym facility.

  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our media team spends 3 days of their week collaborating together in our office or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.
