Delivers NOS, Volume, and/or usage & recommendation, and superior Sales Fundamentals across dental professional customers and key accounts through focused field selling and overall management of a designated territory. Executes plans and strategies with excellence.

Job Qualifications

The Detailer Oral Health lives and works in a defined area. He/she visits dental offices consistent with strategic objectives and segmentation on a pre-determined frequency. He/she leads all dental offices in his/her area including the administrative work of keeping dental office data incl. documentation of every visit/contact up to date in the actual CRM-tool (e.g. “Salesforce.com” as Customer Relationship Management tool). He/she is able as technical expert to understand and effectively communicate complicated dental study results and is sufficiently agile to conduct tailor-made objection handling and closing after placing strategic key messages in order to positively influence dental professional opinion and behaviour.

Among the tasks are also the attendance at dental fairs and congresses, sometimes at weekends.

Participation at trainings/meetings, acts as buddy for New hires if appropriate.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

• Drive Usage & Recommendation Measures in territory & region, by identifying current Steps-to-success-Status (Power & Denture & Paste) of the KI (key influencer) in every call, placing strategic key messages visualized by a presentation with I-Pad and Digital Sales Aid (DSA) and choosing the right close (Power & Denture & Paste) to move the KI to an improved Steps-to-success-Status.

• Drive digital transition to enable individual digital communication and sampling

• Oral-B is seen as the market leader in prophylaxis

• Drive optimal usage of recommendation material in dental offices

• Market Monitoring

• Organize special tracking for Top-dental offices small events, e.g. Lunch & Learn training with the entire dental office

• Complete and regular documentation in Salesforce.com (current CRM-System)

Academic background helpful to understand and effectively communicate dental study results AND to talk to dental professionals face to face.

Willingness to learn continuously in an environment with regular academic news and capable of effectively usingI-Pad with Key Influencers as THE tool to drive face2face communication AND to capture dental office data and call-documentation to enable efficient development of individual Steps-to-Success-Status development of KIs.

Candidate needs to be very agile and reliable in the healthcare environment. Adopt quickly to always changing high competitive pressure from diverse other companies and new scientific results (studies) incl. Q&A handling on the spot. At the same time the candidates need high level of empathy to build a solid relationship with dental professionals and act reliable and highly technically skilled to further strengthen relationship.
