YOUR ROLE

In this role you will provide an independent assessment of Quality Systems and Compliance health and risks based on applicable regulations/GMPs/standards. You will be coaching our internal P&G sites on how to identify and mitigate compliance risks to the business.

  • Maintain/improve audit skills and provide expertise on key quality systems in the respective regulatory risk pools when conducting in-depth assessments and audits of Quality Assurance systems across all P&G businesses

  • Understand regulatory and compliance requirements for various product classifications and regulatory standards for different sites and regions

  • Lead audit planning for all assigned sites and manage the audit process collaboratively with sites

  • Execute audits independently or with co-auditors, gather findings, prepare audit reports and coordinate with Principal Auditors to calibrate and distribute findings

  • Engage in P&G's electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)

  • Manage and lead other quality systems, such as supplier management, SOPs, training, and coaching

This role has significant travel needs (up to 30%). When not traveling, the expectation is to be in the office 3 days per week.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solid understanding of QA, Product Supply, and/or R&D systems, and / or lab systems, resources, and organizations by having relevant work experience, ideally in a highly regulated business.

  • Experience in manufacturing processes.

  • Ideally experience in lab operations, particularly in analytical, micro, process/formulation labs.

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in auditing against quality systems and GMP regulatory expectations (ISO 9001, 13485 and 22716 as some examples).

  • Demonstrated capability including troubleshooting skills, equipment design and investigation skills.

  • Ability to assess the impact of new processes or product initiatives and to develop appropriate assessment plans.

  • Inquisitive mindset with a focus on understanding and linking findings to risk assessment.

  • Ability to translate complex issues into meaningful recommendations.

  • Ability to lead work across multiple categories/operational units and align with others on common practices.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement of quality, capability, and work processes.

  • Living in the Frankfurt area or be prepared to move there.
