You will be working with our Fabric and Home Care Organization. The Fabric & Home Care businesses include such recognizable brands as Tide, Dawn, Downy, Cascade, Swiffer, Febreze and many others.

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Administrative and Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day work systems and tasks that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, technical, purchasing, and project management support to improve team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

  • Lead day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.

  • Technical Support:

  • Use office management software and technical tools to streamline processes.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and support team members with software applications.

  • Project Management:

  • Assist in planning, driving, and supervising projects to ensure timely completion.

  • Proactively identify potential project challenges and propose solutions.

  • Calendar Management:

  • Coordinate and lead calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.

  • Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for team members.

  • Event Planning:

  • Coordinate company events and meetings, including logistics, materials, and communications.

  • Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Discretion and Confidentiality:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

Job Qualifications

  • Has Administrative/Technology Skills: The primary focus of this role is administrative. Be proficient in all office-related skills, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting. Outstanding office management and technical skills and a desire to learn new systems or approaches to doing things. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration technologies.

  • Familiarity with P&G Purchasing tools such as (Coupa, BuyIt, ProCards) or comparable systems. Ability to navigate these systems and others to facilitate the business.

  • Operates with Discipline: Ability to work independently. Work on highest priorities; able to refocus and reprioritize as situations change. Proactively alert manager/team to urgent issues, decisions and actions needed.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills.

  • Takes accountability for commitments made and delivers against them in a timely manner.

  • Can Problem Solve and Make Decisions. The qualified candidate must be able to function and make decisions independently, be able to make priority calls in an ever-changing environment and be proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions. Include managers and others when vital.

  • Possesses Communication & Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as this position will connect with all levels in the Company, across functions. Will partner with others to enable various site initiatives/activities.

  • Takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility with little supervision and anticipates where action is needed and acts appropriately.

  • Displays ownership is accountable for key projects within area of expertise.

  • This role requires the successful candidate to work in office 5 days a week.
