With us you will: * Develop local propositions for your Brand in consistency with global brand resonance: work with key stakeholders to ensure we bring the differentiated value propositions to the local market * Drive digital and media brand content planning, strategy and execution in order to maximize the target audience * Implement a social media strategy for your brand: develop social media calendar, collaborate with social influencers in order to promote your brand * Foster brand monitoring: oversee analytics, social media monitoring and user testing to measure impact and to identify web development trends and user behaviors * Collaborate with the sales teams, agencies, marketing team to maximize brands plans Apply if you have: * Proven track record (> 3 years) in a similar job within a consumer driven and fast paced business * Project management experience with ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders * Great communication and influencing skills * Analytical mindset, good problem-solving skills * Self-motivation and strong organisation skills to be able to work autonomously to drive locally your brand, * Creativity – able to bring and experiment new ideas and create innovative solutions * Digital orientation – able to grow awareness and engagement online across multiple platforms * Ability to work in the matrix organization and under pressure * Fluent Czech/Slovak and English Commitment from us P&G’s Day 1 starts with you doing something that matters – making an impact on the world, P&G brands, and your career.
