Then, the HR Business Partner Development Program is for you! It is managerial development program and intensive preparation for a business management role in duration of 12 months. Main intention is to provide you permanent managerial position upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we find our Trainees the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions.

Please note that the start date is during March/April 2024.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE PROGRAM:

Your assignment will include the responsibility of leading organizational strategy in step with our business leaders. Your role will be helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need. We try to fit your interests and skills to projects that will allow you to use your strengths and so that you can continue to grow and develop. With us you will:

  • Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication

  • Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy creation & campus activities

  • Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business partners

  • Develop yourself via leadership, feedbacks, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues

Job Qualifications

THIS IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU:

  • Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties

  • Have interest, passion and motivation for a career in HR

  • Are fluent in Czech and/or Slovak and English (written and spoken)

  • Are available to work min. 32 hours/week for 12 months

  • Have very strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Have ability to grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change

  • Enjoy working with diverse organizations and teams and have strong collaboration skills

  • No experience is required, however initial understanding and exposure gathered via engagement in e.g. student organizations, volunteering, internships, education, courses etc. or strong interest in the area will be considered as an advantage
