As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll have the responsibility to implement, execute, and optimize eCommerce campaigns inside and outside e-Retailers on time and in line with internal controls, constantly looking for alliances and efficiencies across brands’ Digital Commerce plans, for some of our most important leading brands. P&G is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual to work on the regional digital media team. You’ll be responsible for bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with industry, and assessing consumer & competitive trends.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the End-to-End campaign management and execution of Performance & eCommerce plans in all main digital media platforms.

  • Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure the campaigns' performance. Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performances.

  • Strategic planning. Constantly look for efficiencies and ensure alignments between i-media vehicles. Always on a test & learn mindset. Share conclusions and recommendations on best and worst-performing media vehicles & creatives to drive acquisition, conversion, retention.

  • eCommerce Strategic Point of Contact with Customers. Responsible for closing and growing eCommerce plans & data-sharing agreements with them.

  • Act as bridge builders between marketing and sales to meet business needs.

  • Bringing innovative ideas about campaign strategies and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting industry trends. Connect externally to stay on top of industry & consumer trends.

  • Continuously improve media processes, solve problems, and troubleshoot to achieve a streamlined operation.

  • Act as a steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Mandatory Experience in the media landscape. You will require a knowledge of the digital media landscape and activation of performance campaigns. Experience in media of 5+ years is required. Mastery of Digital campaigns’ setup, optimization & reporting.

  • Courageous Leader with media experience and willingness to continuously learn. We are seeking a business-minded doer with knowledge of the media marketing landscape who puts the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions.

  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With the ability to naturally make creative connections, experiment continuously, and push boundaries.

  • Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people, and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.

  • Accountable, Autonomous, Organized, Strong Analytical Capabilities and Strategic Thinking

  • Software, Equipment and Tools: Microsoft Office Package. Deep understanding of Buying Platforms including Google Adwords, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Programmatic Media, Tiktok, Mercado Libre Ads, Amazon Ads, Criteo, etc. General understanding of Digital Planning Platforms such as Facebook Campaign Planner, Google Reach Planner, etc. Ad serving & Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.

  • Preferable: Experience working with CPG companies is highly appreciated.

  • Advanced English.
