Scope of the role:

  • Issuance of checks: From generating the run in SAP, managing signature, certification at the bank and delivery to the end user as well as basic support in case of doubts. keep the database of signers and messengers updated with the bank.

  • Keep control of access to the physical General Offices file and information management (load boxes, accommodate information, search records, keep the database updated according to the location of the shelf and the type of document).

  • Generation of electronic bank account statements for Legal Entities, through the banking portal.

  • Give assistance in audits through the generation of reports in SAP and payment analysis.

  • Management of the “ACTIVE” asset tax depreciation system, which requires analysis of tables and databases as well as maintaining constant communication with the Assets group.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree or concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.

  • A minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package and SAP system

  • Team orientation, “can-do “ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
