The P&G Internship program is a holistic 3-6 month program designed to give students and recent graduates an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging corporate environment of P&G. Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G. As a Technical Engineering Project Management Intern, you will have the following areas of responsibility:
Project Leadership: focus on projects involving automated check weighing technology to ensure our products meet target weight compliance;
Collaboration: work closely with the Central Engineering team to conduct feasibility studies and respond to requests;
Financial Management: oversee capital expenditures, analyze trends, and conduct project's financial forecast;
Engineering Solutions: contribute to developing engineering solutions and improving processes.
Overall, you will lead technical initiatives, drive project implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary 100 000 RUB gross
Free lunch and transportation to the plant
Relocation and housing support (18 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)
3+ year students or up to 2 years since graduation
Technical academic background (electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, and process engineering fields of study) preferable
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Passion to lead, hunger to learn, thirst to overcome barriers
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G after graduation
