Job Description

Our P&G Planning Department plays a critical role in analyzing production needs, collaborating with major Russian and international suppliers, and driving improvements through automation and digitalization.

As a member of our team, you will make a significant impact by implementing various projects within the Planning Department and our Novomoskovsk Plant in general. You will work with open-minded people and receive ongoing help and support from your manager.

Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing data analytics and problem-solving skills, and leveraging technology to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. You will contribute to the overall success of the Planning Department and the Plant, helping to ensure smooth production operations, efficient resource allocation, and effective supply chain management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary starting from 68 000 RUB gross

  • Relocation and housing support in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence – 12 000 RUB net

Job Qualifications

  • Any higher education degree

  • Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

  • At least an Intermediate level of English

  • Learning agility and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical abilities including Excel skills

  • Work experience with ERP systems (SAP, C1, Oracle, etc.)

  • Previous work experience in Logistics is preferred

  • Power BI skills would be considered a competitive advantage
