The P&G Internship program is a holistic 6-month program designed to give students and recent graduates an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging corporate environment of P&G. Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.

Your responsibilities can include:

  • Continuously improve systems, procedures, and processes by implementing corrective and preventative actions, ensuring adherence to high standards

  • Build and maintain a robust quality assurance team with the necessary skills, procedures, systems, and standards to meet operational needs

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external audits

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital technology solutions to support quality assurance initiatives

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary 100 000 RUB gross

  • Free lunch and transportation to the plant

  • Relocation and housing support (18 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

  • Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)

  • 3+ year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years since gra duation)

  • Technical academic background (electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, and process engineering fields of study are preferable)

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • A passion to lead, a hunger to learn, a thirst to overcome barriers

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

  • Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G
