We are looking talents for our Naucalpan Plant for the position of:

Packaging Technology Leader - PharmaceuticalManagerial full-time positionStart date: as soon as possible.Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hoursProfile: Graduated from Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacobiologist Chemistry with 3-5 years confirmed experience in Packaging Techonology, Technical Transfer and Validations.Description:At P&G, our Pharmaceutical Packaging Technology Team is responsible in our statistical process control, design of experiments, sampling plans, root cause analysis a plus with experience in material qualifications, specification development, and GMP/quality systems.   • Support design and start-up of a new tablet manufacturing site

  • Support development and execution of packaging/process transfers to the new manufacturing site and deliver product data package required for regulatory approval

  • Deliver material, package qualifications and specifications

  • Provide technical problem solving to ensure quality, supply of products

  • Partner to ensure package integration

  • Partner with packaging suppliers for continue material supply keeping quality material performance.

  • Work on packaging savings programs or pack materials cost optimization

  • Responsible for the coordination and execution of specific project activities. Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives. Work specifically on packing equipment which puts the product in the consumer package and case.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Available to work in Naucalpan Plant

  • 3-5 years experience in validations and packaging roles for pharmaceutical

  • Graduated from Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacobiologist Chemistry with 3-5 years confirmed experience in Packaging Techonology, Technical Transfer and Validations

  • English Advanced - Fluent
