DWFS leader takes charge of 3 broad buckets for the site – Real Estate, IT Operations and Facilities Management with focus on IT. This means looking at data centers, Ongoing operations, IT Tickets, and IT asset Management in addition to some regional projects.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the roles

Facilities Management:

  • Scope of Site Services:

  • Project Ownership and Delivery (Sustainability, Operations, Housing)

  • Site Facilities Operations

  • Own the relationship with Strategic partners like HCL, JLL, Skootr, Prestige, Xerox, and related Governance teams.

  • Facilitate supplier’s interactions with the site to ensure performance meets P&G’s business needs. Ensure they understand service level delivery and communication required to be successful. Identify incremental opportunities to deliver value to P&G and the supplier.

  • Capital System Ownership.

  • Coordinate with the business, risk/regulatory management, security, and suppliers to meet site and Company objectives.

  • Manage communication relevant to site operations, related services, and issues.

  • Support standard alliance relationship management processes and service verification.

  • Provide performance management input to Regional Supplier Governance Leaders.

  • Define and track performance expectations and measures covering safety, financials, workflow, service levels and customer satisfaction.

  • Validate site performance and reports.

  • Coordinate services, initiatives and plans within the site consistent with Company standards, policies, and priorities.

  • Ensure that audit controls are in place at the site for processes, procedures, and expenditures.

  • Identify and implement service improvement opportunities.

Network management:

  • Own the PC forecasting and deployment maintaining healthy stock.

  • All IT tickets to be tracked and monitored to ensure timely closure within aligned SLAs.

  • IT assets ownership and reconciliation.

  • Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.

  • Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.

  • Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects.

  • Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.

Real Estate Management:

  • Capital projects Management.

  • Seeking Capital and owning E2E execution of any site requested capital projects.

  • Site sufficiency planning and master planning for Organization growth.

  • Support standard alliance relationship management processes and service verification.

  • Define and track performance expectations and measures covering safety, financials, workflow, service levels and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements (Expected)

Degree: Undergraduate qualifications or relevant professional experience in respective technical area.

  • IT operations: Proven experience in IT operations or a related role. Incident management/Change management/Problem management.

  • IT Systems: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.

  • Integrated Risk Management: Understanding of IT compliance, governance, and risk management.

  • Project Management: Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.

  • Collaboration/stakeholder management: Ability to work effectively with a multifunctional team at the site, and broader teams across., to deliver operational excellence for the site.

  • Leadership: Self-starter. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value.

  • Fluent in English.

Role Expectations (Preferred):

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Voice, PC, Servers etc.) and experience in managing IT operations in a live environment.

  • Experience in leading and managing projects.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity and business continuity.

  • Certified in CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, PMP.

  • Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, SQL, C/C++, C#, etc.
