Overview of the job:

A Brand Activation Specialist will be handling zones. They are responsible for developing and driving Brand Activation plans and strategies to deliver the planned trials, thereby growing brand penetration, attain category leadership and grow P&G business through repurchase from first-time users.

Your team:

  • This role reports to Senior Director – Brand Operations.

  • The Brand activation manager will be partnering with categories and Distributor organization to build and implement the trial strategy

How success looks like:

  • Develop Offline Brand Strategies to promote brand growth and penetration.

  • Implement Data driven brand plans to drive short term and long-term profitability and volumes for South region, by means of growing penetration and new users.

  • Own and qualify E2E trial touchpoints. Develop, implement campaigns to educate and drive trials via effective and efficient brand communication leading to consumer conversions.

  • Grow Penetration via Targeted Reach, Expansion and 100% Ward Level Saturation, in priority markets.

  • Integrate trial plans with GTM to link penetration growth with retail-offtake.

Job Qualifications

  • Min. Graduate or equivalent Degree.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant activation experience across Sales promotion, Consumer Activation or Trade Marketing

  • Forward thinking along with the ability and agility to adapt and course-correct as needed, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship skills including cross-functional teamwork to be able to partner in driving relevant initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to deduce root cause and then propose and implement. relevant recommendations.
