Our Supply Network Operations (SNO) organization is there to meet these challenges: forecasting customer demand, handling the information flows from orders, shipments, and invoices, leading the physical distribution process from distribution centers to the retailer’s shelf. Our aim is to ignite your potential and equip you to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our operations. Your responsibilities can include:
Continuous improvement and synchronization of complex supply chains based on deep data analysis of inventory, service, market trends, sales;
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders including multifunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials;
Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations and enhance operational effectiveness;
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solution into P&G supply chain;
Drive profitability through cost and cash flow improvements;
Work in the systems i.e. SAP and internal platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 155 000 RUB gross
Annual bonus

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Russia
A university degree (DipHE) is required (up to 3 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Confident Excel user
Experience in programming (Python/Visual Basic/C++, etc.) and Power BI would be considered a competitive advantage
Great leadership, ability to work independently and as a team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good collaboration and communication skills
