What we are looking for:
We are looking for an I-Trade Documentation planner in our office in Mataró (Barcelona), who will be responsible for planning and executing documentation for x-border shipments.
Reporting to the Documentation control Tower Leader, you will follow (and challenge) the standard work processes and solutions while ensuring service requirements are met at the lowest possible cost.
You will:
Be responsible for governance and / or issuing documentation for the flows in your scope, ensuring correctness and timeliness of this documentation.
Manage horizontal process throughout the organization, mainly Shipping Instructions handling through Lane Management system; including communication with destination shipping instructions owners.
Track, analyze root cause and define action plans to achieve service-related targets (RFTOT) and costs.
Collaborate in the daily work with both internal and external peers.
Contribute to new lanes & sites integration.
Your teams:
The main team is in Mataró (Barcelona), with strong connections with Warsaw customs team, loading sites across Europe (in Germany, Poland, Hungary…) and Brussels transportation team.
Your connection Network expands to several multi discipline teams located around the world (Egypt, Singapore, Costa rica, China…)
