Maximizes Business & User Value through co-creating the upstream Innovation / Product roadmap for the assigned domain (digital products served R&D and PS), looking beyond the ‘now’ and laying out the 3yr journey to increase business value. Immerses in the business, understanding what’s needed and what’s possible for value creation (20%), using understanding of business opportunities, creating the Value Portfolio of initiatives for your domain. Determines the set and sequence of products/projects that will deliver on the business value, building strong and productive relationships with business and vendor partners to ensure the joint business plans are delivered. Embodies Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement to reach KPIs in EX (Employee Experience), Stewardship, Value & Innovation. Demonstrates Project Management skills on critical projects in area of responsibilities.

Responsibility

As the regional Service Delivery Leader: Own the delivery of our service that captures, harmonizes, stores, governs and retrieves critical records across P&G's R&D, Quality and Engineering functions to NA/LA based sites. Service KPI owner for NA/LA based sites.

As the Solution Manager:

  1. Assist the Service Manager with developing service fundamentals, strategy, set application priorities, identify and oversee initiatives and establish and execute commercial and adoption plans in order to maximize value for the solution

  2. Maintain a Solution Score Card: includes QoL, QoS, QoD

  3. Manage the total cost of solutions

  4. Interface with the business to: Gather and document collective business requirements and work gaps between expectations and solution capabilities

  5. Project Manager for several key projects under solution. Etc, Veeva eTMF, Zero Paper project.

  6. Provides application managers, IT Development, and Operations Managers with business requirements if needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Solution Development, Solution Management, System Integration Management; IT Operations; Leadership; basic PBI skill.

  • Minimum BS degree with 0-3 years of experience.
