We are looking for a passionate Regional Sales Manager who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on the challenge of building U&R (Usage & Recommendation) for P&G Professional customers sales force to final customers of DDP Channels. Increase knowledge and weight of DDP within PGP category for P&G

Responsibilities

  • Provide the information and necessary tools to Professional customers to influence the choice of P&G products to final customers.

  • Training and explanation of product benefits to professional customers’ sales force and also in visits to end customers.

  • Actively search of potential end users

  • Recommend and to advice in how do cross-selling by cleaning area/segment.

  • Delivery of product sample/sachets to end customers, in visits with customers’ sales force.

  • Promote the complete sale of all references "full basket" (including Provide)

  • Provide tools to the needs of industry (product sheets / log sheets ...).

  • Learning / expansion of knowledge about the direct channel for creating a successful model in the distribution channel DDP.

  • Analysis of differences between segments of the direct channel (hospitals, restaurants, care homes.. etc.)

  • Acquire the "Know How" in DDP channel…..right tools for conducting visits.

  • Propose to MS&P, promotional plans that best suit to the channel, depending on the needs / priorities of each sector.

Job Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in similar roles (min.3 years)

  • A person widely formed in Hospitality business and/or professional cleaning products, able to advise on the use and recommendation to Professional customers sales force as well as in joint visits to final customers.

  • Willingness to travel and stay out of his hometown of between 30-40% of his time.

  • Trained and proactive to collect and share information about the Direct Distribution Channel, in order to develop the best plans to help us grow and win in this.

  • Medium level of English.

  • Basic knowledge in Excel.

  • Valid Driving License
