The Opportunity

The Personal Healthcare area of the P&G business is rapidly growing. We are looking for a Senior Making Process Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that our making processes produce quality tablets reliably. The making process scope starts from raw materials supply through all the making unit operations until the final tablets are produced (prior to primary packing) in our manufacturing sites. You will also have technical responsibility for process problem-solving and investigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities of the Making Process Engineer:

  • To be the expert in tablet-making processes in support of our manufacturing operations.

  • To qualify and validate all process changes and to lead root cause analysis (troubleshooting) efforts.

  • To qualify and validate new raw materials and make process changes driven by legal, regulatory, cost savings opportunities, and/or supply reliability.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree should be in sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or similar technical field.

  • Years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry should be at least 5-7 years. More experienced candidates are preferred.

  • Candidate should have very good knowledge of tableting manufacturing processes.

  • A basic understanding of analytical methods, quality requirements, & regulatory requirements is needed.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures are required.

  • Good presentation and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English & Bahasa (verbal and written communication)
