We are seeking an expert and dedicated Production Manager with a specialization in pharmaceutical packaging operations in the Personal Health Care division to join our team in Indonesia. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production related to packaging personal healthcare products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining efficient and high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Led the product packaging operations team for timely and effective execution of production orders of regulated pharmaceutical products in full compliance with applicable technical and compliance standards.

  • Ensure the finished products are manufactured, stored, and distributed as per local and export market quality & compliance requirements.

  • Review and approve procedures, and documents related to production activities.

  • Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.

  • Ensure timely review and approval of manufacturing batch records.

  • Ensure availability of production equipment & systems, qualified, calibrated, and well-maintained in ready-to-use condition

  • Develop and implement a training matrix and maintain a qualification program.

  • Prepare and present periodic review reports for management reviews.

  • Assess and mitigate risks, lead gap assessments and remediation actions promptly.

  • Lead investigations of product quality defects, failures, and non-compliance to GMP and compliance requirements, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Ensure audit readiness of site operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Pharmacy (certified Apothecary)

  • Min. 5 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations

  • Prefer 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging regulations, standards, and best practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to safety, quality, and compliance
