Customer Service Representative (CSR)
CSR is the SPOC between P&G and customer to manage daily quality orders and deliver value-added customer service during order management cycle from order acquisition to financial transaction. Also CSR assist on-going implementation and improvement of the total order management strategy. This is to hire CSR to support business to continue to deliver operation/service excellence.
Key responsibilities are as below:
Managing daily customer quality orders, ensure the order accurate and timeliness.
Providing order related daily customer service by acting as communication interface between P&G and customers, help customer to solve the order related issue and effective escalation to KU/managers.
Contribute customers’ service and help on SAMBC, case fill rate, billing accuracy, call service, customer rejection, customer complaint, order process on-time, and delivery on time, etc.
Leading or supporting action plan development to continuously improve customer service results and process productivity.
Cover mentioned responsibilities above when backup other CSR job.
Participate and contribute the OM related customer projects.
Good command of English both at speaking & writing
Be proficient at windows excel, word. Good IT skill is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, good customer service attitude.
