Globally the advertising spend and consumers’ media consumption is evolving: while digital advertising consumption is doubling, TV is still the biggest media in terms of consumers reach and advertising spend. The way video adverts are consumed is changing, with the likes of Youtube, Programmatic videos, Instagram, Facebook on the rise with millennials and Gen Z. P&G are looking for a self-motivated, results driven and media marketing expert individual, to help lead the media marketing team on the video adverts optimization across TV and digital, search strategy, print and Out Of Home, reporting to the UK&IRL Media Marketing Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity to join Procter & Gamble leading the Media Marketing capability across all of the P&G categories and brands present in the UK & Ireland. In this role, you will evolve how P&G works with video adverts across the different media platforms, enabling the right strategies by brand and modelling a new set-up of winning in the media ecosystem across TV, AV digital, Search, Print and Out Of Home. Role & Responsibility– * Lead the Video TransformationEnable the organization to reach the right consumers with the Right Contents effectively and efficiently across the several platforms that serve videos across TV and the rest of the digital touchpoints. * Lead UK Planning and Activation of print, cinema, OOH, and partnerships. Increase effectiveness of print, cinema and OOH. Improve print and OOH placement to drive Recall * Lead Ireland Media Planning and Activation.Activate Ireland media plans in line with planned reach. Champion and drive Ireland relevant Insights and Ideas to win the heart of our Consumers & Customers
Key Skills/Experience Required– * Experience of UK media landscape.3 years professional experience in media is required. You will require a knowledge of UK media landscape, AV, Print, OOH and digital including programmatic marketing, and activation of awareness and performance campaigns. * Courageous Leader with media experience and willingness to continuously learn. We are seeking a business-minded doer with knowledge of the media marketing landscape who puts the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions. * Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and push boundaries. * Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills.You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action. * Strong Analytical Capabilities
