Procter & Gamble Customer Services Account Coordinator in England, United Kingdom

We are looking for a passionate individual with great attention to detail to join our Customer Service Account Team. You will be working on Seven Seas a subsidary of the Procter & Gamble company. The Customer Service Account Coordinator provides a key link between the Customer and Seven Seas. You will be responsible for the excellent customer service. You will be working in a dynmaic multi-functional team to provide a high level of internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

To process the differing order types for a range of identified customers. Allocate stock in line with stock levels as agreed with Commercial team. Issue shortage reports to customers on a daily basis or as required. Maintain accurate customer records and reports to set standards and agreed time scales where applicable. To follow through to completion all invoice queries and monitor and control Credit/Debit activity. Maintain systems and a complaint database to ensure any complaints are taken through to an appropriate conclusion
