Lamberts Healthcare is a mail order company, marketing healthcare products to both trade professional customers and consumers under two brands; Lamberts Healthcare and Natures Best. The business dispatches approximately 650,000 orders per annum, these orders are placed by online or calling our contact centre based in Tunbridge Wells. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our customer service team taking these orders.
The customer services team consists of 17 permanent members of staff.The role of the Customer Service Advisor is multi-functional; they deal with both brands, answering telephone calls; taking orders and dealing with enquires and queries. The total number of calls dealt with by the department during a year is in excess of 228,000. In addition to this, the role involves e-mails, customer returns, general administration duties and liaising with third party delivery contractors.
What we are looking for
GCSE 5 at minimum grade C Previous Call Centre experience or working in a customer service environment. Good keyboard and data input skills. Excellent customer focus skills ie demonstrates a professional and interested attitude when taking care of customers and experience in this area. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of products sold. Produces written communications with a competent level of grammar and spelling.
