What will the work look like?

North America Transportation Operations is currently hiring for two positions – Freight Payment Team Leader and Master Data Process Leader.

As the Freight Payment Team Leader, you will lead an internal Freight Payment Team and handle the on-site Supply Chain Service Provider. This role is important in delivering the end to end supply chain synchronization, from inventory confirmation, appointment scheduling and payment reconciliation across the North America supply chain network while adhering to internal and external governance requirements. You will be key player in driving process improvements, cost savings internal controls compliance and overall performance metrics.

As the Master Data Process Leader, you will be the owner of the transportation master data for North America Transportation. This includes the associated systems, data, work processes, rules, requirements and intelligence. This role is especially focused on ensuring that all elements of Transportation Master Data supports the organization’s business rules and requirements. This role is the technical authority and is responsible for ensuring we have system solutions and work processes that enable operations to deliver the business results.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics fields.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in business operations or a similar degree preferably with some business focus.
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Problem solving via data analytics, attention to detail and innovation
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes to drive continuous improvement
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
  • Experience in programing or predictive analytics modeling
  • Willingness to relocate throughout your career
