The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced SailPoint developer to join our engineering organization. You will collaborate with a Global team to deliver an enterprise identity and governance solution using SailPoint Identity IQ. We are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is passionate about finding solutions to challenging problems. In this role you will define, develop, and implement IAM solutions that reduces risk and provides resiliency, while accelerating business initiatives. Working collaboratively with Directory, Network and Security Architects, you will coordinate with global teams to evaluate, test, and deploy new solutions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain business processes and workflows in SailPoint Identity IQ.

  • Develop, code, test, and implement workflows, rules, and customizations.

  • Contribute and maintain coding and implementation standards.

  • Perform peer design and code reviews.

  • Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure for the IIQ implementation.

  • Execute changes using Agile development principles.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate issues with complex workflows.

  • Review and improve existing workflows, rules, and Role definitions.

  • Can produce and present technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Can provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, other STEM field or 7+ years relevant years of experience/education

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex Identity and Access solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience developing in Java, JavaScript.

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in SailPoint Identity IQ.

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud computing and services.

Preferred:

  • 2+ Experience using GitHub for source code management.

  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Now / Identity Security Cloud

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification

Pay Range: $105k-$150k

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
