MEANINGFUL WORK FROM DAY ONE As a Quality Assurance Professional with our organization, you will provide QA leadership for GMP product quality systems and activities across the Personal Health Care business category for Respiratory and Sleep Franchise new product initiatives. As the Personal Health Care business continues to have unprecedented growth, this role will provide QA support and guidance through the initiative process by ensuring quality expectations and technical readiness requirements for all phases of development are met for product launch.

This role will provide overall QA leadership and support for project initiatives as a core member of a project team. Provide QA support and mentorship for initiative related activities such as consumer or clinical studies, material qualifications, stability, validation, sale samples and product launch activities. You will understand and ensure regulations for production of drug products, cosmetics, dietary supplements and consumer goods are met.

IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB: As a Quality Professional you will be responsible for delivery of project related QA activities to meet timing as required by the Project team. Communicate learnings and/or issues that may impact any aspects of the project.

You will manage quality and/or compliance risk including identification, communication to leadership, collaboration with other functions in assessing risk, and assurance that appropriate actions are taken.

Use data to make efficient decisions and recommendations in the face of contradictory opinions or pressure. Able to provide quality coaching of others within and outside of the QA organization. Must also be comfortable escalating issues to R&D and QA leadership to drive decision making.

As a Quality Professional you will collaborate effectively by working with a wide range of people across multiple functions and locations, both internal and external to P&G. Must be able to personally prioritize and manage multiple tasks and to help and enable others in prioritizing.

Know where to obtain information needs and expertly navigates through systems to gain access. Efficiently learns and effectively uses internal systems and user procedures.

You understand the basis for quality systems, metrics, and goals. Understands the applicable work processes and executes consistently within the system, follows relevant procedures and SOPs. Identifies/recognizes outages from procedures and facilitates and/or leads root cause determination efforts.

Ability to understand, interpret, follow and improve the policies, practices, and procedures that govern work within a quality and regulated environment whether by internal or external requirements.

Understands, readily locates and follows all technical standards related to assignment. Understands internal and external customer and supplier needs in technical standards work processes.

You're a good fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
  • you have a degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc), or Health Care
