The role is responsible for sourcing warehousing and transloading services and temporary storage. This includes the bidding, negotiating and contracting with 3rd parties following P&G’s policies and requirements. The role will also include the administrative and system work to update pricing, unblock invoices and upload commercial agreements. In addition, the role has the opportunity for growth by digitizing and automating repetitive tasks that will enable the entire organization to focus on more strategic and less tactical work.
Job Qualifications
Required (skills/experience) needed in the role:
Must have a minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment
Operates with Discipline - demonstrated ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)& process guidelines; attention to detail and commitment to follow up/follow through are a must.
Trouble shooting skills and a passion for finding solutions
Ability to Identify opportunities that can drive business and operational improvements
