This role will require excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills with the ability to learn fast, manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and work independently. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Sales and internal Multi-functional Team members.

This role will support:

  • The Distribution and COE Sales Teams – requires operational knowledge of key Microsoft applications and Power BI, Salesbook, PIM, Brand Store. It also requires analytical and critical thinking skills as well as strong capability to learn multiple customers’ systems.

  • Sales Senior Director – requires organizational skills to manage calendars, travel, and expenses.

    Main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) owning and managing:

  • New item set up, item conversions, pricing changes and eContent directly with customers; delivering quality and timely revisions for customer databases. Help with customer issue resolution (as needed).

  • Analytics and business reporting (shipments, forecast, other).

  • Customization of sales and promotion materials for use with customers and at trade shows via utilizing centrally deployed assets and DIY customization tool.

  • Support execution of Trade Shows – organizing agendas, preparing set-up; ensuring materials are available at the location on time.

  • Support for Sr. Sales Dir - complex calendar management and triage, meeting scheduling, creating, and organizing meeting notes, domestic & international travel arrangements, visa applications, expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings (printouts, agendas etc).

  • Execution of special ad-hoc projects.

Job Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent required.

  • Communication/Collaboration - Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. This role requires effective relationship management and communication with both internal stakeholders (across different functions and levels and customers).

  • Organization Skills - must be able to analyze and improve existing processes, proactively make suggestions that create a positive culture and positive business outcomes, while increasing the efficiency of the sales team(s).

  • High capacity - Multiple key work assignments and attention to detail is a must. Confidence in bringing and suggesting innovative approaches for organization and productivity to manager and Team.

  • Agility and flexibility - willingness to flow to work, manage multiple priorities and responsibilities, address problems and ad hoc requests from Teams and customers.

  • Technical Mastery – the role requires mastery in leveraging key tools: MS Office applications with focus on PowerPoint and Excel; online platforms (SharePoint/Power BI/Salesforce/SalesBook/PIM/Brand Store). Ability to take efficient notes during meetings; create quality PowerPoint presentations and delivering analysis in Excel are critical for this role.

  • Customer Facing Skills: This role requires exceptional communication and relationship management. A critical component of this role is communicating with external customers and managing data/reporting in line with customer system capabilities and expectations.

  • Analytical Thinking Skills – using data systems, developing reports, and analyzing data towards conclusions and recommendations.

Successful candidate must live within commuting distance as no relocation benefit is provided.
