Job Description

The Procter & Gamble U.S. Business Services Company seeks an IT Application Senior Manager (Cincinnati, OH) to own data gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements for our employee equity programs. Lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management for applications to meet business, and stakeholder, and solution requirements and leverage vendors/suppliers to deliver. Coordinate with the Project Managers, Operations Managers, IT Service Managers and Architects. Own technology choices, security and total cost of ownership for application scope. Define, deploy and govern adaption of development standards related to Application scope building on global IT standards and policies. Oversee business stakeholders (Service leader, Tax, HR, Finance, Payroll & Compensation). Exercise project management skills. Local telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week.

Job Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of hands on experience designing, documenting, configuring and coding changes to meet functional requirements. Must have experience with: Expert Equity Management work process knowledge including administration of stock options, restricted stock award, performance shares, equity taxation including international trailing tax requirements; SAP HCM Functional Consulting including ability to understand and modify configuration to control functionality of the SAP R/3 HR system; SAP Payroll Technical Consulting including ability work with Payroll Schemas, functions, and payroll drivers, and dynamic actions; SAP ABAP skills including ability to read and write code in the SAP system, defining data structures, modifying the data dictionary; SAP Integration configuration including ability to create and modify interfaces including MFT, CFT, SFTP, web services, and API- based integrations; building and implementing encryption methods (e.g., PGP); designing and building integration with brokers and tax providers (e.g. SaaS API integration). Employer will accept 2 years of work experience in lieu of each year not completed toward the degree requirement. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Successful applicants must pass a 3-part assessment (including technical coding) and provide a satisfactory technical presentation in addition to two interviews.
