Job Description

This candidate will work leveraging technical expertise and a strategic mindset to be successful. They will have differing percentages of work across analytics & insights, data strategy & activation, platform integration & activation, business & technology innovation, and leadership.

They will support DTC and performance marketing and then flow to other digital priorities, overseeing the work of the group that does coding, and 3rd party vendor management, supporting marketing technology and product owner skills. Ultimately they will work with digital capabilities for the marketing and brand, website, and consumer purchase behavior, to drive digitally to consumers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivering insights from data sets in digital/media/eCommerce

  • Executing hands-on-keyboard for digital media, activating digital media brand building platforms to meet the needs of the business (digital presence, social, CRM, DTC, programmatic, etc.)

  • Leading and managing new innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in a business (IoT, new data sets, new platforms, etc.), and prioritizing & translating business requirements to systems requirements which also adhere to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.

  • Engages seamlessly across marketing and media organizations typically from ABM to Brand Director level.

  • Leads more creation of new business models and codification of processes and capabilities. Acts as a SPOC between marketing and IT and builds capability in the organization. Typically covers a regional business.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with Performance Marketing methods and tech stack

  • Experience with Search (SEM, SEO, Analytics) platforms

  • Can leverage data sets to deliver insights and analytics reporting for the business areas using tools such as KNIME, Python, and Power BI.

  • Can leverage tools and platforms to acquire data or understand how to source data externally.

  • Understand and apply the latest knowledge and regulations for activations.

  • Product Management and Dev Ops skillsets

  • Collaborates well with business unit stakeholders, external service providers, etc.

  • Passion & Experience in marketing and media.

  • Thought leadership

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision making.

  • Excellent delivery on commitments, project management, multiple priorities, deadlines, and issue management.
