Job Description

This role demonstrates current GenAI technology, multi-discipline knowledge, and R&D product innovation cycle, especially by leveraging data and digital approaches. The candidate will build GenAI tool as co-pilot to guide and influence technical project direction and enable fast problem solving by demonstrating collective knowledge in our data eco-system. The candidate should demonstrate strong scientific/engineering skills through advance model development and application development.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a PhD in Deep Learning/Data science with GenAI as focus area.

For candidates with Engineering background, Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering , Computer Science/Engineering or closely related field, such as applied math or statistics, should demonstrate their Technical capability of:

  • Understanding of LLM / GPT models. Evaluating models and frameworks for different use case

  • End to End software development skills, including tools for LLMs/agent workflows like langchain.

  • Develop tools and agents to facilitate work processes. Use standard AI factory framework for coding (python) and deployment.

  • MLOPS for supervising and tracking LLM and other Deep Learning models

  • Understand Cloud Infrastructure, such as Azure Architecture for deployment

For all candidates:

  • Candidates with ambitious/startup experience and/or industrial experience are strongly preferred.

  • Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective and technical problem to be solved,

  • Collaboration with different team

  • The ability to recognize opportunities for capabilities or technologies that can be reapplied across programs

  • Abilities to independently work project priorities, multi-task, and handle a wide variety of sophisticated, non-routine/routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.
