As an Assistant Brand Manager in our Personal Health Care Business, you will have opportunity to work on industry leading brands such as DayQuil, NyQuil, Pepto Bismol, and Metamucil. Our Personal Health Care brands play a meaningful role in improving our consumers’ lives and your role as an ABM is critical in helping our brands realize their full potential. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Research & Development, and Marketing Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand's success.
The Personal Health Care industry is an exciting and fast-paced market where we are heavily focused on bringing new innovations to market to compete with the smaller, start-up brands that are continually entering the category. We are looking to bring in Assistant Brand Managers who are passionate about personal health, thrive in a test and learn mentality and who are also able to navigate the complexities of a regulated industry. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.
We want someone with:
A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s if fine, preferably with some business focus)
Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
