The marketing technologist’s role main responsibility is to drive and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to data integration, activation/execution, sufficiency and enrichment. Understand data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

He/she will be the bridge between the media team, the eCommerce team and the operation, providing data solutions in order to integrate these 3 areas.

As a marketing technologist you will:

  • Deliver real-time insights and business transformation opportunities to improve KPIs, inform new business models and optimize Digital/eCommerce operations.

  • Analyze complex data sets

  • Be the go-to trusted leader, influencer, and practitioner to deliver Digital/eCommerce results for the Category/Market. Connect externally to get in touch with industry trends.

  • Drive and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to data integration, activation/execution, sufficiency and enrichment. Understand data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

  • Identify the right technical solutions (internal, external, or innovation) to meet the business needs and work with the central platform/service teams to ensure needs are met.

  • Lead the creation of new business models, execute with hands on keyboard, drive innovation, and codify the processes/capabilities to scale where relevant.

  • Be the privacy/security steward for all digital/eCommerce executions to ensure 100% of Category/SMO vulnerabilities and incidents identified, reported and addressed with appropriate action plans in place, per company guidelines

    Work Experience

  • Mandatory Experience working with DMPs, data technologies, Data Base Technologies

    Software, Equipment and Tools

  • Mandatory, Microsoft Office Package. Data Management platforms, Data Base Tools (SQL), Spotfire, KNIME.

  • Preferable Python, R, Hadoop, Spark, Neighborhood Analytics.
