Reporting to the Global Employer Brand Leader, P&G is looking for a Senior Media Manager to strengthen our Employer Brand as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Media team. In this role, you will act as media thought leader. We are looking for a creator to utilize their strong Consumer Brand Media knowledge and transpose it into the Employer Brand space to keep fueling P&G’s competitive talent attraction strategies globally.

As the Senior Media Manager, you will develop and deploy media strategies, ranging from awareness to conversion campaigns for P&G’s key focus markets. You’ll have the opportunities to work with the latest media outlets in Talent Attraction across Social, Programmatic advertising, Programmatic Job Board and Search.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive digital media planning and target setting for 12 focus markets at global scale.

  • Strategically oversee media reporting and develop insights that align with the country's recruiting strategies & objectives.

  • Influence and collaborate with key Talent Acquisition partners to best support recruiting plans from a media perspective.

  • Coach media teams to deliver ongoing data-driven media and job board campaign optimization recommendations.

  • Evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities to build strong learning plans and lead project execution.

  • Lead Media Operations including budget management and media buying in collaboration with Procurement teams.

  • Act as P&G Employer Brand media authority, train global & regional Talent Acquisition teams on media and job board strategies and objectives.

  • Lead a globally-dispersed team of 3 with direct or indirect reporting line.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar is preferred.

  • 3+ years of digital media planning (ideally in a corporate environment) and/or research experience with in-depth understanding of digital media

  • Experience using industry standard data sets to create data driven media plans and optimizations.

  • Strong ability to leverage data to triangulate between data, recruiting goals and opportunities.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities, balancing short and long term needs and implications.

  • Previous experience leading, coaching, managing employees of all experience levels.

  • Effective verbal and written communication to drive action across key initiatives.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects + ownership of assigned tasks.
