In this role, you will develop expertise in purchasing ordering processes & tools and will work and interact with multiple functions within the company or even with external suppliers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate documents creation & maintenance, ensuring the work is performed via aligned systems & tools in line with P&G Policies & Standard Operating Procedures;

  • Establish & maintain relationships with internal P&G users;

  • Work on day-to-day procurement issues/requests using tactical systems and purchasing tools;

  • Initiate/perform regular system data cleanup as per aligned P&G stewardship policies;

  • Solve first-level escalations, address clear gaps in ordering processes and propose potential solutions;

  • Initiate/Drive improvement for several processes;

  • Run/Prepare reports & scorecards regarding P&G data as per business need.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate;

  • Strong English skills both in written and verbally;

  • Business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint);

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills;

  • Good collaboration skills & customer oriented;

  • Able to meet goals and deadlines and time management skills;

  • Proactive & innovative attitude, with continuous improvement mindset;

  • Experience with managing ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ APO / BW) and master data tools will be an advantage;

  • Knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications will be a plus.
