If so, then we have the perfect internship opportunity for you within the Regulatory Affairs Department.

The Regulatory Affairs team is responsible to ensure the compliance of products and communication to applicable regulations.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

  • Support the management of regulatory activities needed to obtain all necessary Authorizations for medicinal and non-medicinalproducts (e.g. medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics) within the Benelux region.

  • Contribute to the development of the regulatory strategy by sharing the local point of views regarding new initiatives and maintenance activities.

  • Accurate maintenance of the Corporate Database on product information and any external database (if applicable).

  • Support to ensure artworks compliance for local P&G Health product portfolio and advertising materials with local/EU regulatory requirements.

  • Learn how to effectively interact with the commercial organization and to closely collaborate with other Technical Functions, e.g. Quality Assurance by co-operating during internal audits, inspections and ensuring the Corporate Change Control System is kept up to date.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Dutch, French & English, both written and spoken.

  • Proven ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and understanding of therapeutic categories, analyse scientific and clinical data/information, translate data/information into business language.

  • Managerial skills: having a strong background of success as a leader of change and ability to lead multiple projects. Ability to integrate technical and commercial thinking and priorities.

  • Very strong communication skills.

  • Strategic focus: can identify emerging issues and coordinate with business leaders. Experience in handling corporate crisis management and issue resolution is an asset.

  • Collaboration sills: working in a matrix organization with multiple partners and teams

  • Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities efficiently.

  • Self-initiator, versatile and assumes risk with responsibility.
