The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS :

As a Chemical/Quality Engineer, you will work in the Quality department in permanent contact with operations. Being an Engineer at P&G means being in the field to propose improvement actions, often of a technical type, and to ensure the development and optimization of existing processes. As a real project manager, you will be responsible for all the indicators needed to deliver improvements in terms of cost, time and quality. As leader of the area, you will be required to coach the technicians on a daily basis. As the entry point to the whole Manufacturing world at P&G, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program to develop your talents.

SEVERAL MISSIONS AWAIT YOU :

  • Continuous and daily improvement of the laboratory's analysis conditions: analysis of defects, improvement of "Right 1st Time" analysis, etc.- Start-up and validation of new method and equipment tests- Validation of technological choices - Developing team skills using problem-solving and workload optimization tools.- You may be involved in various projects and working groups linked to the life of the plant

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF :

  • You have an engineering degree or a university Masters with a specialisation in chemistry.- You have a good knowledge of French, English and Pack Office- You have a proven ability to work as effectively and harmoniously as part of a team- You will be able to make proposals and have analytical and problem-solving skills.
