The Warehouse Centre of Excellence team, part of Product Supply in P&G, focuses on the operational improvement of our European Distribution Centers, centralizing core supply chain processes in a digital, innovative and effective way. Our goal is to build a connected network of intelligent DCs through centralization, standardization and digitalization of Europe Warehousing indirect tasks.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our WCoE organization in Aspropyrgos, Athens!

As Europe Warehousing System Expert, you will play an essential role in the company‘s structure for using, maintaining, and improving the Warehouse Operations work processes and system digital solutions. You will be working on assuring the site work process adherence to the standards and capability and executing the work process, throughout the organization through End Users documentation and training.

Job Qualifications

  • Recent Graduates of BSc studied in Technical, Engineering, Science or Business school

  • Experience in Systems: SAP QM & SAP QR, WMS, Production Execution Basic, Transportation Operation Basic are strong assets.

  • Experience in creating and managing action plans, including follow up to eliminate gaps.

  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Advanced analytical skills, Power BI and PowerApps are plus.
