This is an exciting position within Personal Healthcare known for brands such as Vicks, Neurobion etc., from both technical and managerial point of view, that provides close collaboration with multi-functional technical teams while being on the digital site.

Responsibilities of the role

As R&D Master Data coordinator Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA) Personal Healthcare you will be responsible for:

  • Driving implementation of R&D data standards in AMA region defined by global technical standards system owners in compliance with SOPs and guidelines.

  • Being a key team member for advising on regional needs for product and packaging specifications to global technical master data system owners, partnering on it with regional R&D stakeholders and benchmarking it globally

  • Co-management of the master data team responsible for technical standards origination in the system, their capacity and priority setting as well as support in troubleshooting in case of system and project challenges

  • Analyzing potential streamlining opportunities within team capabilities based on the business needs to further strengthen origination productivity.

  • Assuring data completeness for incoming project requests covering all range of projects from base business as well as new initiatives

  • Assigning resources for R&D master data origination within Microsoft Power Platforms as per agreed timelines and assuring that the technical standard request are completed on time

  • Origination of complex product and packaging specifications and automation requests

Role Requirements

We are looking for a passionate candidate with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability as well as attention to detail on the job. Good organization, collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written, will be a plus when leading system implementation of projects and programs across all PHC (Personal Healthcare) brands and sites (incl. Contract Manufacturers) in AMA regions. Previous working knowledge of any commercially available master data system, skills in Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power BI etc.) and experience in pharmaceutical/regulated industry would be a strong asset for this role. Advanced level of English and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset is a must.

Job Qualifications

Qualification:

Graduation in Science or B. Pharm

Min exp 4-6 years

Preferably from Healthcare or Pharma industry
